Mock Trial LSU is a student organization that focuses on the enactment of a court case. We are assigned a case in August from AMTA. We spend the next 6 months studying the case and preparing arguments for both the defense and the prosecution (or plaintiff). We then select a team to represent the attorneys and witnesses of the case to compete in competitions in the spring.
